They keep saying they fixed the app, but I still cant accept from my Apple Watch. Seems they need to release the bug fix two or three times before it actually gets fixed.

Push notifications never arrive, app randomly crashes, and battery quickly drains while it is running. Avoid this mess.

Please add the ability to view codes through the glances feature on the Apple Watch.

When I first started using the app, I loved that I could accept and authorization request from my phone’s lock screen. Then I got an Apple Watch. At first, it seemed to work very well. I was able to to accept or decline requests very easily. However, (potentially due to an automatic update) now I find myself getting the push on my Apple Watch, pressing the “accept” button, but nothing happens. I have to either respond to the push notification on my phone, or navigate to the six-digit code in the app on either my watch or my phone.

Like others, Im having issues with Apple Watch verifications being acknowledged. I always receive the push notification, but pressing "Accept" almost never actually works. The notification goes away and nothing happens. I then have to pull out my phone and acknowledge again. If this simple feature worked it would be a fantastic app, but until then I cannot rate it higher (I did give it 2 stars as the phone portion of the app works fine). This is extremely frustrating and hopefully they fix it soon.

Okta verify works flawlessly with Okta mobile. It is easy to set up and works as advertised. No more need for text messages or Google Authenticator. I dont have an Apple Watch but if someone wants to send me one I will gladly put Okta Verify through its paces.

As a long time user of Google auth. I find this just as easy to use/setup and much more aesthetic to look at.

Its a great idea and a great way to increase security. However, It is a bit of an overkill for our situation and our end users.

Existing password managers work just fine thank you. No integration with any other existing managers makes sense because otherwise why would anyone need their app in the first place. A work application forcing itself onto my phone for verification is slimy and gross. What’s next, GPS tracking? Give me a break. This is garbage. Google 2-factor auth works just fine thank you.

The use of available space for the watch app version of Okta Verify is not very good. The actual text of the code could be much bigger, really no need for it to be an exact replica of the phone app - even by designing the display so it’s exactly the same as the iPhone version it could be made much bigger. Would prefer large text, and perhaps a progress bar beneath the code to show time remaining for a valid code.

Every time I respond to a watch notification, I end up waiting before realizing the authorization will never go through. Then I try to launch the okta verify app on my watch, but it often has no codes visible. Lastly, I pull out my phone, which no longer shows the notification on the lock screen because I "responded" on my watch. So I have to go all the way into the app to accept the authorization request. The simplicity is great when it works, but in my experience, it hardly ever works. Extremely embarrassing if Im running a meeting and attempt to authorize via watch. People start to criticize the Apple Watch, even though its Oktas fault.

Great tool when it works. Mostly use it on my watch. Watch app has stopped working. Requires uninstall then works for a while.

I have been using Okta Verify for over a year without a problem. I have only used the iPhone version, I haven’t tried the Apple Watch version.
