I just got my iPhone 7 plus. App do not open. Tried restarting my phone. Deleting and reinstalling app. Not working.

This app hasnt been working after the update on my phone. I deleted it and re-downloaded the app just to come to a black screen. Useless!

This is a great app for IT Admins who worry about brute force attacks. It was easy to deploy and has had a major positive impact on our organization.

App crashes on launch. Problem persists through reboots. I have used an earlier version of this app on this phone before.

Crashes on launch. Now I cant authenticate apps on my laptop, which means I cant do any work.

App works ok on iPhone, but not always on my watch. I get blank countdown clock face, no numbers. Sometimes it tells me to connect to a pared device, which it is. Ive turned phone and watch off and restarted but still noticed this issue. Annoying as Im called upon to use verify process frequently.

So simple. Great app for extra security when I log in to all my cloud apps.

Accepting push authorizations on Apple Watch does not work. Everything else works fine

Love how easy it is with now push authentication, but ever since they introduced this feature, my account deletes itself from my iPhone like clockwork every time this app needs an update. Frustrating!

It is so annoying to have to keep authenticate, since it seems to think I am not connected. if every time I launch the app to use it, it says that I am not connected to my account then the app is USELESS! You released an app update sometime back claiming to fix this, and yes it was in fact fixed for a time.. for that time it was nice to use this app. Now the app is broken again and USELESS!

I just tried testing out the push approval process that was allegedly fixed in version 2.3. Its still an issue. Duo doesnt have this issue, so Im not sure why its so difficult to resolve for Okta. Reproduction steps: 1. Turn off iPhone 2. Turn on iPhone and unlock it. Then lock it. 3. Authenticate to Okta in a Chrome Incognito window 4. At MFA page, select "Push to device" 5. Notice that push approval never shows up on the lock screen 6. Unlock phone and open Okta Verify. Notice that the push approval shows up in the app and works when selected.
